Googleon GoogleLuci did an amazing job understanding what I wanted and answering all of my questions, and so willing to help. They had a great stone selection in their warehouse. Even the install guys were polite and answered my questions. We will be using them for future projects!!
Googleon GoogleWhen we purchased our home we knew we wanted to pretty much remodel everything, from replacing the entire flooring to remodeling all bathrooms and replacing the kitchen countertops. Thankfully I found Rocky Tops Marble & Granite! I didn't have an appointment but Luci greeted me with a smile and said she would help me right away. She is extremely professional, very patient and kind. I had Luci give me quotes on various slabs about 8 times and she never hesitated to work with me and was always extremely pleasant and understanding each time we spoke. She was honest and transparent with all the pricing and types of slabs I was interested in. She was genuinely interested in taking care of me. I had gone to 3 other granite suppliers to compare prices and Luci beat them all! Luci was such a breath of fresh air compared to some of the other contractors working on my remodel. I wish all my other contractors were as good as Luci. I could tell she just wasn't trying to sell me something, she truly wanted me to be very happy with my countertops. Luci guided me to the most beautiful quartzite slabs and now I have gorgeous kitchen and bathroom countertops. We could not be happier with our experience with Luci and Rocky Tops. The customer service we received was more exceptional and the installation process was extremely smooth. I HIGHLY recommend Luci and Rocky Tops Marble & Granite.
Googleon GoogleIntended to buy my granite locally (Johnson City, Tn), but local stock ran out due to restock issues. Went to Rocky Tops and found exactly what we wanted. Their team managed things beautifully with planning and install, including a VERY difficult cooktop cutout, which they did perfectly. For us, it was a great thing we were forced to look outside our area, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rocky Tops!!
Googleon GoogleI had granite installed from this company for a new kitchen. The first slab installed didn’t match along the cuts due to the pieces they were receiving of that stone. They were able to replace and install a much better slab and the second attempt was flawless. They did great with listening to my concerns and were very proactive with resolution and installation deadline. I highly recommend using this company for countertops.
Googleon GoogleGreat selection of materials. Luci was a pleasure to work with, very helpful without being pushy. The whole job was done on the promised schedule. We couldn't be any happier!

Googleon GoogleRocky Tops is Top Notch! We have used Rocky Top four different times for two different homes. We worked with Sandy each time and she is GREAT! She is easy to work with and knows her stuff. We can always depend on her creative eye to help us coordinate the perfect marble or granite to our designer plans and vision. We will never shop for marble or granite anywhere else! The Mitchells

Googleon GoogleWe visited many natural stone businesses in the Knoxville TN area. Due in part to the many excellent reviews and the bid price being considerably less, we selected Rocky Tops Marble and Granite in Karns TN to create our dream kitchen. We visited their extensive warehouse. It was like a museum experience; one slab more beautiful than the next. They have every type of natural stone available. We selected Granite for our large kitchen countertops. Sandy, Doug, Michael, and their associates have been exceptional to work with. They have wonderful communication skills and are patient to work with. We reviewed the rest and chose the best! Thank you for the awesome experience!
Googleon GoogleLuci assisted us with finding the quartz that we wanted, we had to order the quartz which took about two weeks to arrive, during that time Michael came out and measured the cabinets. I would say it was about a month total from ordering the quartz to be standing here looking at the great work the installers did. Everything looks GREAT!! (as Tony would say). And yes .. I would use Rocky Tops again in a heartbeat if I needed new countertops.
Googleon GoogleWe were wanting to add a glass rinser to the sink, so we called our builder Shane Wells and he set it up. RT called and set the apt, they said they would be at my home at 8am on Wednesday. They showed up at 7;58am and were gone by 8:19. The guy was super professional and extra nice and had all the tools he needed on the first trip in the house and left NO mess!! He come prepared and knew exactly what he was doing. He cleaned up and made sure I was pleased with the work. All I can say is WOW! Not use to companies doing what they say and having employees that care about customer service. Thank you it was a pleasure to do business!!
Googleon GoogleWe had the best experience with Rocky Top for our new quartz countertops. They were very helpful when we picked it out and had them installed with 2 weeks! No where else we priced quartz had that turn around time and that was important to us! Very professional and will definitely recommend!
Googleon GoogleGreat, they did everything as they promised.
Googleon GoogleWe built a custom bathroom vanity cabinet and needed a non-standard piece of quartz to finish the piece. We shopped around Knoxville and nowhere was as accommodating as Rocky Tops. The staff was honest and upfront on pricing, and were helpful throughout the process. The installation crew was professional and the finished product is fantastic. Will definitely use them again on larger projects.

Googleon GoogleGreat selection and service. Ask for Frank
Googleon GoogleSandy and the Rocky Tops crew were awesome! Professional and I was able to get my installation when I needed it and the service after the fact has been great also. Highly recommend Rocky Tops for your counter needs, my granite is beautiful and was professionally installed! Thank you!
Googleon GoogleSandy was patient and helpful not to mention Victor from Their Install team went above and beyond to assist with getting our oven back in and even. The counters came out great and we would absolutely recommend Rock Tops for both service and price.
Googleon GoogleWe are very pleased with choosing Rocky Tops. After a bad experience elsewhere, we decided to pop in and just look around. Frank was great with my wife and we settled on quartz they carry in stock. He was very patient and we even had a quote in hand before we left. From selection, samples, measuring and installation the process was flawless. Im so glad we stopped here and the communication was awesome. Thanks
Googleon GoogleThis is a well run business with excellent employees. They care about their customers and stand behind their work and product. Our sales rep was Frank. He is a great person to deal with. He is knowledgeable, patient, very professional and a really nice guy. Everyone we dealt with at Rocky Tops Marble & Granite were outstanding; Doug, Victor and the installers all professional and kind. They have a showroom and do the fabrication all under one roof! We specifically chose Rocky Tops because they sell Cambria. Not just any business can sell and install Cambria, only the best in the business and both Cambria and Rocky Tops stand behind their products 100%. They did a phenomenal job fabricating and installing our beautiful countertop. Outstanding service. Excellent experience. Thank you Frank and all the staff who worked on our case.
