Which review sites can I connect?

Google Business Profile and ProductReview.com.au, plus reviews customers leave through your own ReputationWall review form. More platforms are on the way.

How does billing work?

Every plan starts with a 3-day trial. You add a card to start it and we charge $1 to check it; that $1 comes off your first yearly payment. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing more is charged (the $1 card check isn’t refunded). After that, each plan is one payment a year. Invoices are in Billing whenever you need them.

Will a widget slow my website down?

No. The widget script loads after your page, from a global CDN, so your own content shows first.

Can I choose which reviews appear?

Yes. Hide any review from your widgets in one click, filter by rating, and reply to reviews from the same inbox.

What is the public review page?

Every business gets a page at reputationwall.com/reviews/your-domain showing your rating and reviews, so customers and search engines can find them. You can switch it off in Company settings.

Do you have social media feeds?

Not yet. Social feed widgets are coming soon, and paid plans will include them when they launch.
