I recently had plantation shutters and roller blinds installed, and while the installation process was smooth, the installer did not return to provide the chain safety retainer as promised. Despite following up multiple times, I’ve had no luck. The communication was great initially, and the product quality is good, but the lack of follow-through on this commitment has been disappointing.

After researching to install plantation shutters, we chose AAA for competitive pricing and shutters made in Melbourne which could be installed in 4 weeks. Gerry who came to measure and quote instantly was on time with excellent product knowledge. Installers are ok too, and we like the shutters very much which enhanced the external and internal looks of our home.

Love our shutters and so affordable

Good prompt service. Shutters made so much difference and really finished off our rooms. Neighbours complemented us on look of shutters from outside. Loved the affordable price

AAA installed my shutters and it's looking very nice in my rooms. Gerry came promptly to measure up and gave me a quote. I got another quote from another conpetitor but i chose AAA because they offered the option of having the shutters made in Melbourne. I wanted the job done by Australians. The quote was competitive compared to the other quote. I'm very happy with my shutters.
