Really great results - thanks very much again team, it was a super easy process from quote and consultation to install. Very pleased with the finished product!!! Highly recommend to all. I will say though that the order took slightly longer than what was quoted to manufacture, but I think that’s just due to holidays being around the corner and the nature of custom finishings - we were in no rush to get them in by a certain date. Takes nothing away from the finished job!

What can we say, 10/10 and five stars for what we believe as being a totally trustworthy and honest company, not only with the product received and pricing, but more so with the professionalism shown by Ritesh, as the Sales Representative, Tony as the Installer, and also Simone. You couldn’t meet such nicer people! Their professionalism and communication was seamless and way above what we had received from other companies, hence why we were so confused with what was the best product for our newly built home. The communication about the AAA product from Ritesh was so informative, with Ritesh fully explaining the difference between Basswood and PVC, in which all of the other companies failed to do so. With receiving many conflicting statements from approximately nine sales representatives, we were reluctant to commit with any of the other companies. As explained by Ritesh, with having large windows, overtime PVC frames would sag, and therefore you would have to lift the opening to avoid friction. In Ritesh’s professional opinion, Basswood was the better product for our new home, even though a little more expensive. With the optional benefit of attending the showroom in Caroline Springs, it was then where we could actually see for ourselves what Ritesh was referring to and could certainly see difference between the two products on a larger scale, and yes, Basswood was most definitely the better product, with installing PVC only in the wet areas, and again with not being pressured at all to sign up with AAA Plantation Shutters. Tony as the installer was very meticulous and extremely careful with ensuring that the installation was perfect. Tony certainly went beyond expectation and nothing ever appeared to be too much trouble. We highly recommend AAA Plantation Shutters 100%, and can assure you we are extremely happy with the service and the product we have received. Thank you Jacqueline & Andrew

Found this company based in Melbourne which I was looking for to stay local. Initially great service with a phone call and chat about my project. I was asked to send some photos of my area for shutters and they came back with no cant do it. This was surprising after I explained clearly the area. They insisted it couldn't be done yet I have since had two other companies visit on site and provided a quote, done ! Not sure what to take out of it other than they were to busy and couldn't be bothered. So sorry I wouldn't recommend this local company they just didn't try hard enough.

This company is very easy to deal with. They are very prompt and organised. We got our shutters, blinds and sheers installed yesterday and the whole process couldn’t haven’t been any better. Gerry came in and did all the measurements. We were then sent a quote which we accepted and paid an initial deposit. We were then contacted by Bill to organise a date for installation. Mark did all the installation and spent 3 hrs for the whole job. Overall we are very happy the products and service received. I’ll definitely go with them again in the future for our bedrooms. I also forgot to mention their prices are also very reasonable. Thank you to AAA plantation Shutters

An EXCEPTIONAL business! From their showroom, to assessment and from measurement to installation, their service was flawless. Yes as forwarned, it was a long wait between ordering and fitting, but their updates were accurate and the shutters were fitted as promised. We now have three rooms beautifully fitted with plantation shutters that look perfect and which are very functional. Thanks guys - we got value!.

We had a fantastic experience with AAA Plantation Shutters. Gerry came out promptly to measure and quote for shutters over our French doors, handling a few tricky challenges with ease and confidence. Tony completed the installation with true professionalism and attention to detail. He was punctual, polite, and friendly, and he made sure everything was installed beautifully. He also left our home spotless and took away the packaging from the shutters. The entire process ran smoothly from start to finish, and everything looks and works perfectly. We love the result and highly recommend AAA Plantation Shutters.
